ANNOUNCEMENT OF PREPARATION OF A NEW
WVEP MEMBERSHIP LIST/ELECTORAL ROLL

A new Watling Valley Ecumenical Partnership (WVEP) membership list is produced every 6 years, including a new Electoral Roll, a Church of England requirement. This supersedes the current membership list and Electoral Roll. It must be completed within a designated timeframe ahead of the Annual Meeting and we are beginning this process now.

As of 2 February 2025, the online form for registering is now open. It has been made available by an email to everyone on the church mailing lists, via this poster on church noticeboards, the WVEP website, and may also be obtained by contacting the Partnership Office.

There will be assistance available after the Covenant service on Sunday 2 February for anyone who feels unable to complete the online form at home. We will also make another opportunity for this and will publicise the date and time via the same channels as above in due course. 

The form should be completed by Sunday 30 March 2025.

Anyone who meets the simple criteria is warmly encouraged to register membership. Some of you will have been members for many years, while others, despite being committed and generous with their gifts and resources, have not ever taken this step. Every one of you is valued and appreciated.

There are a couple of links in the introduction to the membership form which give further information about two things - what it means to be a member and what the criteria for membership are. There are also paper copies available in the churches. 

You are warmly encouraged to read these and consider registering membership whether for the first time or as a renewal.
